Sales Executive

**Role and responsibility**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in South Kolkata. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work smartly to meet and exceed sales goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work smartly to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Residence in South Kolkata or willingness to relocate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
