Job description - Team Leader/Project Manager (Hisar) MBA+B-Tech / Graduation in Power Management Min Experience of 7 years preferably in Power Distribution Sector S/w Delivery + IT Background Client Single Point of Contact Strong Project Management Skills - Owner of Project P&L. Handling change management after S/w Delivery & getting it implemented through support resources. Should have knowledge of Call handling Software solution, call centre operations working for utility industry (Power/Water/Gas), Smart City, Safe City, Municipal Corporations etc Interaction with S/w Development team Should have complete understanding of S/w deployed & ensure continuous updation & maintenance of the system. Should have hands on experience of making process flow charts, design documents, encapsulating client requirements & taking sign off. Should have successfully executed & maintained big IT projects.
