Agronomist

We are looking for an **Agronomist** to provide CRM support, combining their expertise in agriculture with a focus on customer engagement and operational efficiency.

As an **Agronomist for CRM Support**, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and sales teams by providing agricultural expertise and managing customer interactions through our CRM system. You will work closely with farmers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist farmers, dealers, and distributors with product-related queries and technical support.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM) to track customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Collect and analyze feedback from farmers to identify their needs and improve our offerings.
- Provide training and guidance to farmers and distributors on using products effectively, including crop planning and seed selection.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate CRM reports to identify trends and help management make informed decisions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring a strong and positive relationship.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM) is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or working with farmers/distributors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools like WhatsApp and basic reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to rural areas as needed.

Pay: ₹9,963.13 - ₹48,421.52 per month
