**The objective is to set-up call centre for our educational institute with a team of 20 callers.**

**2) Job Description**:
Day to day responsibilities & scope of the job
- Recruit callers with HR support and total coordination of call centre

Call students from database generated, Prepare promising customer list
- Generate walk -ins as per target assigned
- Group counselling, calling
- Follow the sales process and complete the admission
- Self-initiative to improve efficiency

3) **Skills & Competencies requirement**
- Comfortable to work under sales target pressure

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)
- Organising and planning competencies
- Time management skills & Technical skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
