**Sales Executive - Jewlery Store**

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
**1. **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer preferences and requirements to recommend suitable jewelry items.
- Provide detailed information about the products, including their design, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
**2,** **Product Presentation and Sales**:
- Showcase jewelry pieces effectively to attract customer interest.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of different types of jewelry (e.g., gold, diamond,).
- Upsell and cross-sell items to maximize sales, such as suggesting matching sets or additional accessories.
**3,**Inventory Management**:
- Ensure the display counters are stocked, clean, and organized.
- Track inventory to ensure availability of popular items and communicate stock requirements to the manager.
**4. **Handling Transactions**:
- Assist customers with billing and payment processes.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, warranty cards, and certificates for the purchased jewelry.
**5. **Customer Relationship Building**:
- Maintain a friendly rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and complaints courteously and resolve them promptly.
- Collect feedback and suggestions from customers for service improvement.
**6.** **Knowledge of Products**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in jewelry, new collections, and promotional offers.
- Understand and explain the authenticity and certification processes (e.g., hallmarking, diamond grading).
**7. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in showroom events, promotional activities, and festive season campaigns.
**8. **Security and Safety**:
Follow security protocols to prevent theft or damage to the jewelry.
Report any suspicious activities or concerns to the management immediately.

**- **Salesmanship**: Ability to persuade customers and meet sales targets.
