Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in event planning software

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, including menu selection, room setup, and audio-visual needs.
- Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure high-quality food and service standards during events.
- Manage event logistics, including room layouts, equipment setup, and coordination of staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and last-minute requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continually improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet coordination or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality and memorable experiences.
- Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
