**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Commerce/Accounts graduate** with a keen interest in accounting and finance to join our team as an **Accounts Intern**. This role will provide hands-on experience in financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and transaction processing while allowing exposure to real-world accounting operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **day-to-day accounting tasks**, including data entry, journal postings, and invoice processing.
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and **party ledger reconciliations** to ensure accurate financial records.
- Work with **Tally software** for maintaining ledgers, recording sales and purchase transactions, and preparing reports.
- Support **financial analysis** using **Advanced Excel** tools like **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, and conditional formatting**.
- Help in **expense tracking, GST calculations, and basic tax compliance activities**.
- Prepare and maintain **financial reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations**.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on **audit preparations and internal reviews**.

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Education**: Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com) or pursuing a related degree.
- **Accounting Fundamentals**: Strong understanding of financial principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- **Tally Expertise**: Ability to process transactions, generate reports, and manage ledgers.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Working knowledge of functions such as **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, and conditional formatting**.
- **Analytical mindset** with attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Ability to work in a team** and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
