Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1) In this role, you’ll build relationships with our customers and offer the best solutions to meet their
needs. Often one of the first points of contact for our customers, our inbound sales
representatives are very important to our success.
2) You’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience by understanding customer needs,
and ensuring they receive the best service and coverage to meet those needs. You’ll also have
the support of a collaborative team, which includes continued coaching and development.
3) Perform follow up for all inbound calls.
4) Schedule customer appointments according to procedures and document all customer
transactions and prepare required documentation.
5) Achieve sales standards set for the department.

*Experience 1 to 3 year.
- Timings;
- 5 pm to 2 am or 10 pm to 7 am( Rotational shift)
one side cab facility.
*Salary
- Genuine hike on current & Depending upon the interview.

**Salary**: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajat vihar, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
