**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage catalog (Listing products, lead manager, performance reports, catalog score, reviews etc) on E-Commerce websites/portals.
- Manage content creation for the marketplace.
- Manage customer engagement via tele calling and social media.
- Manage confirm orders and generating sales.
- Focus on how to increase sales.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
- Cordinating order processing, payments, delivery and return of customer orders.
- Good knowledge of E-Commerce operation like order processing, dispatch, stock management,etc.
- Good knowledge of excel.
- Handling and promoting Social Media Accounts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
