We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our digital and e-commerce initiatives. This role will focus on managing social media accounts, supporting online store operations, and coordinating with influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced global team.Location: [Hybrid - Should be based out of Bengaluru]Employment Type: Full-TimeWhat You’ll Do- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) - Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and report on performance metrics - Coordinate with influencers: outreach, communication, negotiating collaborations, and tracking deliverables - Support the online store by ensuring accurate product listings, images, and descriptions - Assist in managing promotions, product launches, and campaigns across digital channels - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for content and influencer partnershipsQualifications & Skills:- Exposure to US Market preferable Home Décor Products - 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce support - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Familiarity with influencer outreach and relationship management - Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar) is a plus - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented - Comfortable working with an international team and flexible to meet deadlines across time zonesWhy Join Us:- Opportunity to work with international lifestyle and home décor brands - Be part of a growing team with room for career growth - Exposure to influencer marketing and e-commerce best practices across multiple retailers
