**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development & Instruction**:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate physical education lessons based on the school’s curriculum.
- Teach a variety of physical activities, including but not limited to sports, fitness, and games.
- Promote physical fitness, motor skills, and teamwork among students.
- Conduct age-appropriate fitness assessments and record student progress.
- **Classroom & Activity Management**:

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students during physical activities.
- Monitor and supervise students’ behavior and ensure their engagement in all physical activities.
- Maintain proper discipline and promote good sportsmanship among students.
- **Extracurricular & Team Coaching**:

- Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and intramural activities.
- Coach and train student teams in various sports (e.g., football, basketball, athletics).
- Coordinate with other departments for school-wide athletic events.
- **Health & Wellness Education**:

- Educate students about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise, and mental health.
- Promote an understanding of injury prevention and first aid during physical activities.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Assist in planning and organizing school sports events and competitions.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to discuss student progress and improvements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest physical education trends, sports innovations, and fitness practices.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (BPEd), Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Proven experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with students of various skill levels and ages.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent physical fitness and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in physical activity.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to design and execute lesson plans for diverse physical activities.
- Knowledge of sports rules, strategies, and fitness techniques.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to engage in physical activities, including running, demonstrating exercises, and assisting students.
- Flexibility in working hours, including after-school or weekend events for sports activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
