Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Sales Operations:
Planning: Develop, implement, and track yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales business plans to achieve growth targets.

Sales Strategy Execution: Oversee and drive the execution of sales strategies to meet both volume and revenue targets.

Sales Monitoring: Regularly monitor the sales performance and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.

2. Distribution Channel Management and Logistics:
Channel Development: Ensure a smooth functioning of both primary and secondary sales channels.

Sales Growth: Work to increase revenue generated through primary and secondary sales channels.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient distribution of products.

3. Key Account Management:
Account Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing revenue from existing key accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

Account Strategy: Develop strategies to deepen engagement with key customers and ensure customer retention.

4. Brand and Customer Relationship Management:
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and relationship management.

Brand Awareness: Work with the marketing team to enhance the brand’s visibility and recognition in the domestic market.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

5. Project and Team Management:
Team Performance: Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Project Delivery: Ensure that all sales-related projects are completed on time and within budget.

Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to maximize output per team member.

6. New Product and Market Launches:
Product Launches: Manage the timely launch of new products in the market and ensure the launch strategy aligns with business objectives.

Market Penetration: Work with the team to identify and reach target markets for new product introductions.

7. Market Revivals and Sales Target Achievement:
Market Revitalization: Identify opportunities to revive old accounts and generate additional sales from untapped markets.

Target Achievement: Align team efforts to meet volume, value, and market share growth targets.

8. Brand Enlistment with Retailers and E-Commerce Platforms:
Retail Partnerships: Develop relationships with retail partners and increase the number of retail outlets selling ACPL Exports’ products.

E-Commerce Growth: Work to expand the brand’s presence across various e-commerce platforms, increasing online revenue.

9. High-Value SKU Focus and Sales Audits:
High-Margin Products: Drive sales of high-margin products and focus on maximizing revenue from these key SKUs.

Audit Compliance: Ensure products meet quality standards and audits are passed, maintaining operational integrity.

10. Market Potential Mapping and Sales Coverage:
