- Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Transactions: Processing payments, handling returns, and managing the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock Management: Restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Store Maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory counts, and potentially placing orders for new stock.
- Loss Prevention: Being observant of the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
- Promotional Activities: Informing customers about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Problem Solving: Handling customer and concerns, escalating to management when necessary. Skills and Qualifications:

- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding the products sold in the store and being able to provide relevant information to customers.
- Cash Handling: Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.
- Organization and Multitasking: The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a tidy store, and keep track of inventory.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
