**Job Title**: Retail Sales Executive - Sintex Water Tanks
**Location**: In and around Chengalpattu
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Sintex water tanks through retail counters and dealer/distributor channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, plumbers, and contractors.
- Identify new retail opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at retail outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer support.
- Collect market intelligence and feedback on pricing, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail or channel sales, preferably in building materials, plumbing, or plastic products.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
- Local language proficiency is a must.

**Qualification**:
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Sales training is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
