**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Market and Place Products:

- Develop and implement strategies to market and place rock salt and organic products in retail outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in retail outlets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct Roadshows:

- Plan and execute roadshows and promotional events to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Engage with potential customers during roadshows, providing product demonstrations and samples.
- Brand Awareness:

- Develop and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement brand awareness campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities and campaigns.
- Customer Engagement:

- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree Prefrable or 10+2 Minimum, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
