**Job Title**: Back Office Assistant (Only Female)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **billing and invoice processing** accurately.
- Maintain and update records in **Excel/Google Sheets**.
- Assist in **data entry, documentation, and file management**.
- Conduct **internet research** for relevant business needs.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records as required.
**Requirements**:
- **0 to 2 years** of experience in a back-office, data entry, or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets** (formulas, data management).
- Knowledge of **billing and invoice processing** is a plus.
- Basic understanding of internet-based research and online tools.
- Excellent **organizational and communication skills**.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in work.
