Job Description for a Soft Collection - International Process.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your concern. Making calls as soft reminders to the concerned stakeholders.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- HSC freshers and above can apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate Joiner.

**Shift Timings**: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (any 9 hours shift with 1 hour break), 2 Rotational week offs

**Job Location**: Bhayander (West), Mumbai
