Specialist, Global Compensation

Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Compensation & Benefits (C&B) solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more C&B engagement components.
- Oversees performance of C&B engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff. Coaches junior team members and clients.
- Leads analyses and solution development for key C&B engagement module(s). Performs more complex activities.
- Provides recommended C&B solutions. Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver client presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years
- University (Degree), Preferred
