Job Description - Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives. - Analyse market trends to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. - Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programmes across multiple regions. - Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards. - Provide expert advice on salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes. - Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and suggest improvements. - Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for benefits administration. - Ensure accurate communication and training for employees on compensation and benefits policies.
