**Position Overview**:Travelling Folks Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Female** Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your expertise in destination knowledge, travel arrangements, and exceptional customer service will be essential in ensuring our clients' travel plans are seamless and enjoyable. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs in order to create personalized travel itineraries.
- Research and provide information on various destinations, including cultural attractions, accommodation options, transportation, and local activities.
- Offer expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Make flight, hotel, and transportation reservations according to clients' preferences, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, travel advisories, and new travel products to provide the most relevant information to clients.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring mínimal disruptions to clients' travel plans.
- Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries, including relevant documents and recommendations, to clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell travel products, such as travel insurance, guided tours, and special experiences, to enhance clients' trips.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and concerns

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
