Job Title: Relationship Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Relationship Manager, where you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, prioritizing queries, and providing exceptional customer support to travel partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Hindi. They should also have a good understanding of costing, itinerary building, and quotation handling, along with experience in B2B and B2C sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls to prioritize tasks and manage incoming queries effectively. You will also be required to create quotations, share them via email, WhatsApp, and calls, and handle requests for changes in quotations promptly.

You will be working closely with travel agents at all stages, offering the best knowledge and pricing solutions to address their queries or problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting a comprehensive daily funnel report detailing the day's activities, query status, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Task Review: Begin each day by reviewing emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls to prioritize tasks and manage incoming queries effectively.
  • Quotation Management: Create quotations and share them via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Quotation Modifications: Handle requests for changes in quotations promptly across email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Real-Time Query Management: Maintain and update query and agent sheets in real-time, using these sheets to manage the funnel and track progress effectively.
  • Travel Partner Support: Assist travel agents at all stages, offering the best knowledge and pricing solutions to address their queries or problems.
  • End-of-Day Reporting: Submit a comprehensive daily funnel report detailing the day's activities, query status, and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good Communication Skills (Written, Verbal)
