- Outbound Operations (Tour & Travels)”.**

**Experience-**: Min 3 Years

**Industry-**: Hospitality & Tourism
**Location-**: West Delhi
**Salary-**: Negotiable (Upto 40 K Per Month)

**Job Description-**:

- Handling Bookings : Hotel, Transport and Flights
- Handling Visa requirement & Documentation.
- Maintaining Complete tour file of the corporate.
- Negotiating on the quotes with the hotels and the respective vendors.
- Assist team in zero escalations raised by customers.
- Handling preparing pre & post tours for the delegates participating in the tours.
- Reviewing all event billing and ensuring that all billing is in order before payment is made.
- Coordinating with guides, drivers and airport representative for full customer satisfactions
- Negotiating with overseas Supplier, transporter, hotels.
- Managing relationship with hoteliers, Transportation vendors and activity partners.
- Manage outbound post sales operations of all destination for B2C ensuring smooth transaction with supplier and customers.
