Job overview:
Financial Advisor helps clients select life insurance policies that meet their financial needs and long-term goals. They assess clients' financial situations, explain different insurance options, and guide them in making informed decisions to protect their families and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Assess clients' financial needs, risks, and long-term goals.

Explain different life insurance policies, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.

Customize insurance plans based on clients' budgets and coverage needs.

Provide guidance on riders, beneficiaries, and policy features.

Review existing policies and suggest updates based on life changes.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term service and policy renewals.

Achieve sales targets set by the company or agency.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.

Ability to analyze clients' financial needs and risk tolerance.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

EDUCATION and Certification Requirements:
Graduate in BBA, B. COM, MBA
or bachelor's degree in any field.

IRDA Licence (required)

Location: BANGALORE

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
