Our company is looking for knowledgeable & responsible financial advisors to join our team who will be responsible for providing financial guidance to our high-net-worth clients in order to help them accomplish their financial goals & educate them about their financial objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend an appropriate financial planning strategy.

**Your Roles & Responsibilities will include**
- Explaining the pros and cons of various investment strategies, answering all finance-related questions, and addressing clients’ concerns.
- Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
- Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term and short-term financial goals.
- Contacting clients regularly to discover changes in their financial lives and update their portfolios.
- Soliciting new clients through referrals and other business development activities.
- Communicating openly, consistently, and honestly with clients and always keeping them informed about changes to your investment strategy.
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.

**Qualities & Skillsets we are looking for**
- An effective communicator with good written and verbal communication along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills along with good client-facing skills.
- Self-motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Highly organized with an ability to multi-task in fast-paced customer-centric work culture.
- Prior experience in providing quality advice on personal finances, mutual funds, stocks and insurance to high-net-worth individuals is preferred.

**Additional Details Pertaining to the Job**:

- **Fixed Shifts**: Working hours are from 9:30am to 6:30pm
- **No Deductions** : The salary discussed will have no deductions except a professional tax of Rs.200.
- **Nature of the Job** : This is a desk job with NO fieldwork or Telecalling.
