**Summary**

The Cutting List, BOQ & BOM Production Executive is responsible for preparing and managing detailed cutting lists, bills of quantities (BOQ), and bills of materials (BOM) for furniture manufacturing projects. This role ensures accurate material planning, efficient resource allocation, and seamless coordination between design, production, and procurement teams to support timely and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- **Preparation of Cutting Lists**:

- Analyze technical drawings and project specifications to generate precise cutting lists for wood, panels, and other materials.
- Ensure all dimensions, quantities, and material types are accurately reflected in the cutting lists.
- **BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Creation**:

- Prepare detailed BOQs that summarize all materials, components, and labor required for each project.
- Collaborate with design and estimating teams to ensure BOQs align with project budgets and timelines.
- **BOM (Bill of Materials) Management**:

- Develop comprehensive BOMs that list all raw materials, components, fittings, and assemblies needed for each furniture product89.
- Maintain and update BOMs to reflect design changes, material substitutions, or process improvements.
- **Material Planning and Procurement Support**:

- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of all materials listed in cutting lists, BOQs, and BOMs.
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or excesses to avoid production delays.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all cutting lists, BOQs, and BOMs for each project.
- Generate reports for management and cross-functional teams to support decision-making and process optimization.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline the creation and management of cutting lists, BOQs, and BOMs.
- Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with design, production, and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment across all project documentation.

Skills and Qualifications
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in furniture technology, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in furniture manufacturing, preferably in a production planning, estimating, or documentation role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and BOM/ERP software.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and material specifications.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to interpret complex project requirements and translate them into actionable documentation.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- **Communication**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
