**Key Responsibilities**:
1. *Document Preparation*: Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and closing documents. Accuracy and compliance with legal standards are essential.

2. *Closing Coordination*: Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties to schedule and facilitate closings. This involves arranging document signings and fund disbursement¹.

3. *Title Searches*: Conduct title searches to verify ownership, identify liens, and ensure clear property titles before transactions proceed.

4. *Correspondence and Legal Documents*: Draft correspondence and legal documents related to real estate transactions (contracts, deeds, affidavits) under attorney supervision.

5. *File Management*: Maintain and organize real estate files, ensuring all necessary documents are filed correctly and easily accessible for review and auditing.

6. *Dispute Resolution*: Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate transactions, such as property boundaries, zoning, and title defects.

7. *Due Diligence*: Review environmental reports, property surveys, and municipal records to identify potential risks or issues in real estate transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
