Key Responsibilities:
Counseling Support:
Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students dealing with academic, emotional, behavioral, or personal issues.

Use counseling techniques and interventions to assist students in overcoming personal difficulties.

Develop and facilitate workshops and group counseling for students on topics such as stress management, study skills, time management, and career exploration.

Assessment and Guidance:
Conduct assessments to identify students' needs, concerns, and potential challenges.

Offer advice and guidance on college and career planning, personal growth, and behavioral issues.

Crisis Intervention:
Be available for crisis intervention when students experience acute emotional distress or conflict.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students during crises.

Collaboration:
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff to address students’ issues and support their academic progress.

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss concerns and provide strategies for supporting students’ well-being.

Confidentiality and Record-Keeping:
Maintain detailed, confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and interactions with students.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies and legal requirements regarding confidentiality.

Wellness Programs:
Develop and implement school-wide wellness programs focused on mental health awareness, peer relationships, and stress management.

Training & Development:
Provide training to school staff on recognizing early signs of emotional distress or mental health issues in students.

Stay updated on the latest counseling techniques, mental health resources, and educational best practices.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Certification or licensure in counseling (if applicable).

**Experience**:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within an educational setting.

Experience with school-aged children or adolescents, with a focus on emotional, social, and academic issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
