**Job Summary of Educational Counselor**

We are looking for Education counselors who can assist students in terms of course & program selection, admissions, class scheduling, and career planning. To be a successful and professional Educational Counselor you must know how to provide counseling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them achieve their academic goals.

**Job Description of Educational Counselor**

Sector
- Training and Placement Sector

1. Identifying the skills, interests and career goals of the students

2. Assist students in terms of course & program selection

3. Counsel interested students regarding our Training program and get them enroll

5. To Organize the Demo Lectures on regular basis and coordinating the placement activities

6. Solving the queries of students (walk-ins as well as telephonic).

7. Taking inquiries over phone

8. To search new companies for placement and maintain relation with existing companies.

9. To prepare students for interview and maximize the placements.

**Requirements**:
1. Admission Counselor

2. Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills)

3. Negotiation skill

4. Ability to identify body language and pain points of an student

5. Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times

6. Interpersonal (mediation) skills is needed to be able to solve problems or gap that may arise

7. Friendly and accommodating

8. Patience should be a virtue worn at all times

**Eligibility**
- Experience - 1-2 yrs of experience in counseling
- Qualification - Graduate
- Working Day - Mon to Sat
- Shift Time - 10 Am to 7 Pm
- Location - Katraj

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Dhankawadi, Pune - Pune, MH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
