Visa Counselor

**- Handling PR Visa and doing phone counseling and meeting with clients. (Canada, Australia, Germany, USA, UK, New Zealand) The Visa and Immigration Consultant must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.**
- You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- The Visa and Immigration Consultant must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- The Visa and Immigration Consultant must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues, or authorities.
- The Visa and Immigration Consultant must be able to help the client obtain Visas, Green cards, and other documentation required.
- Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries into walk-ins
- Able to achieve monthly targets.
- You must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Minimum 3 to 5 Yrs. experience.
- Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the Internet.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
- Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
- Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
- Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
- Strict observance of all applicable deadlines.
- Capacity to support worried clients.
- Outstanding verbal communication.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
