**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance by managing the end-to-end procurement of rice from suppliers/vendors
- Identify potential suppliers for rice procurement by monitoring market trends
- Achieve optimal cost savings and maintain a healthy supplier relationship by negotiating prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that the raw material requirements are met promptly
- Maintain quality standards and vendor performance by conducting supplier evaluations and assessments
- Keep accurate records of purchases, inventory, and pricing information
- Ensure seamless operations by collaborating with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Purchase function with a focus on rice procurement
- Preferred experience in the food industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
