**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Setup**:

- Install LED boards and related hardware on buses according to company standards.
- Ensure proper wiring, mounting, and calibration of LED systems.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of LED boards to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues, including electrical faults, software malfunctions, and connectivity problems.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide on-site support.
- Educate bus operators and maintenance staff on basic troubleshooting techniques.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and part replacements.
- Provide detailed reports on system issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols during installation and service activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards for electronic systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in field service or a similar role, preferably with LED or electronic display systems.
- Familiarity with bus electrical systems is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic components.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies, as required.
