**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **installation, servicing, and maintenance** of batteries and chargers.
- Perform **battery health checks** (voltage, capacity, temperature, cycle life).
- Support in **diagnosing and troubleshooting** battery-related issues.
- Document service activities, repairs, and test results accurately.
- Follow **safety protocols** while handling high-voltage battery packs.
- Assist senior engineers in **testing and quality assurance**.
- Provide basic support to customers on **battery usage and care**.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong interest in **battery technology** and energy storage systems.
- Basic knowledge of **electrical safety** and handling of tools.
- Good problem-solving ability and a **learning mindset**.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Willingness to travel for **field service support** if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Internship, academic project, or coursework related to **battery technology**.
- Knowledge of **lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries**.
- Familiarity with **battery testing tools** (multimeter, load tester, etc.).
- Passion for **sustainable and green energy solutions**.
