**Role**: Insurance Advisor - Tele Sales
**Location**: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
**CTC**: Up to ₹4.0 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Shift Timing**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Life Insurance and Investment Plans.
- Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with excellent **English and Hindi** communication skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections.
- Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- **Available to join from 15th October.**
