**Role**: Service Technician (EV 2W)

**Job Location**: Dhamangaon**,**Bhiwandi, Mumbai.

**Department**: Production / Assembly

**Reports To**: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

**Education**: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering field.

**Experience**: 1 - 5 Yrs in service and assembly.

**Salary**: Rs.10,000 K - Rs.25,000 K Per Month

**Key Skills**:

- Check EV 2W & identify fault.

- Interact with customer, spare, quality department with related concern and give solution of each & every product concern.
- Inhouse & Technicians training.
- On road services call attending and align it to technician in plant.

**Overview**:
As the **Service Engineer** for Electric Vehicle two-wheelers, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all service operations related to electric two-wheelers. You will also play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that the vehicles are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Service Operations**:

- Oversee all aspects of service operations for electric two-wheelers, including routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Develop and implement service procedures to ensure efficient and effective servicing of vehicles.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule appointments, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers or identified during servicing.

**2. Assembly Process**:

- Participate in the assembly of electric two-wheelers, ensuring that all components are correctly installed and aligned according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline assembly procedures and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during the assembly process.

**3. Customer Support**:

- Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric two-wheelers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on best practices for maximizing the performance and longevity of their vehicles.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including service reports, warranty claims, and parts inventory.
- Generate regular reports on service performance metrics, such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and service revenue.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement based on service data analysis.

**5. Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of electric vehicle technology.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in EV technology through continuous learning and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ year experience in servicing and assembling electric vehicles, preferably two-wheelers.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in EV servicing.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to electric vehicles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in EV servicing or relevant technical training programs.
- Experience working with electric vehicle manufacturers or dealerships.
- Familiarity with battery management systems and electric drivetrain components.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis.
