- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into active clients.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product/service improvements.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
