**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Health Care Marketing Executive to join our team at Care Bridge Home in Kerala. The role primarily focuses on generating patient referrals and leads, building relationships with hospitals and institutions, and promoting the organization’s services.

The role is open to fresh graduates in Marketing who are interested in promoting business in the healthcare sector on a target-driven basis. The position requires excellent communication and reporting skills in both English and Malayalam, along with strong presentation and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other potential partners to generate patient leads and referrals.
- Develop new partnerships and tie-ups with hospitals and healthcare providers to increase service offerings.
- Promote Care Bridge Home’s services by introducing them to various institutions and organizations.
- Work to maximize patient services by identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and partners, ensuring ongoing communication and relationship-building.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients and stakeholders to discuss services and partnership opportunities.
- Organize meetings, events, and programs to promote the company’s business and services.
- Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts to assess growth opportunities and align business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Proficient in social media marketing and digital outreach.
- Confident in handling public interactions and providing clear, concise information.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability and willingness to generate leads and referrals in the healthcare sector on a target-driven basis.
- Skilled in preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Willingness to travel across the state and interstate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tiruvalla, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
