**Functional Skill-**

Planning and conceptualizing of Projects, Material Management, Execution of project.

Key Area
- Plans, reviews, designs and certifies drawings for roadways, streets, drainage.

conducts field inspections of projects; engineering plans, reports, specifications and contract documents.

Managing various project aspects of design projects and engineering related programs, including preparing preliminary and final cost estimates; construction plans, contract documents, material specifications, acquisition of right of way and easements. Extensive knowledge of market research and effective tendering, quantity survey, bill of quantity, rate analysis.

Supervises assigned site managers; prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects across the teams and monitors work and evaluates performance; ensures staff adhere to policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Must have Extensive knowledge of Principles and practices of civil engineering and surveying; modern methods and techniques in the design, principles and practices of project management; pertinent City, state and federal policies, procedures, standards, codes and ordinances; principles and practices of effective employee supervision; principles and practices of administrative management.

Experience in quantity survey, rate analysis, bill of quantity

Purchasing, selling, repairing, maintenance and the daily work of machines and plants involved in construction of roads

Should have experience with Hot mix Plant, Batch Mix Plant, WMM Plant, Drum Mix Plant, paver etc.

The individual should have knowledge of project management, Tendering, Site Engineering. Planning Engineering

**Behavioral Skill-**High in interpersonal and communication skill, Excellent leadership quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
