You will be responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, facilitating effective communication, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and strong leadership skills will help drive the success of our projects and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

- **Skills Required **- SAFe Certified, Agile Scrum Master Certified.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the team processes
- Support conflict resolution
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other meetings as needed, ensuring they are effective and kept within the time-box
- Help identify and address impediments (escalate/facilitate)
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in finding tools/techniques for effective backlog management
- Bring agile mindset and knowledge to the team and organization through workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, 1:1s, etc.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Enable data-driven decision making and improvement planning
- Promote a feedback culture by leading by example
- Ensure transparency of work
- Promote direct communication between interested parties to improve alignment and reduce overhead
- Enable bi-directional communication between the team and the organization
- Promote continuous improvement processes
- Protect the team from external influences (e.g., additions to the sprint, pressure)
- Coach the team in delivering value in small increments
- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and transparency regarding progress towards sprint goals is maintained
- Support the PO in grouping and addressing product stakeholders
- Bring suggestions/observations regarding team performance/composition to the team for consideration and drive discussions for team decision-making
- Support the team in preparing wise backlog items
- Manage external consultants’ accesses (e.g., ADO, MS Teams license check)**Required Skills**:

- In-depth, practical knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile in general
- Very good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Very good presentation and facilitation skills
