24/7 DCT is a leading mental health services provider committed to delivering high-quality, accessible care to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **User Interface Design**: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms and Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
- **User Experience Enhancement**: Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements and Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure that all designs are responsive, providing an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and goals.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enhance brand consistency throughout all design elements.
- **Prototyping**: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user behavior.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, design technologies, and best practices.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
