As a Telecaller Executive at IGA Tech Industrial Electronics Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company's UPS products. Your tasks may include:
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.

Providing information about the company's UPS products, including features, specifications, and pricing.

Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable UPS solutions.

Maintaining a database of customer interactions and inquiries.

Following up with potential customers to secure orders.

Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.

Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

**Job Hours**: 9 AM to 6 PM ,

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
