Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Greet and interact with guests, take orders, and ensure all guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Ensure table settings, food presentation, and cleanliness meet restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints gracefully and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating service staff.
- Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and assist with stock management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as F&B Captain or similar role in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani/Hindi is an advantage.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
