**ZYOD** has raised **$18 million** (Rs 150 crore) in its series A funding round. The investment was led by RTP Global, with participation from existing investors Lightspeed and Alteria Capital, as well as new investors Stride Ventures, Stride One, and Trifecta Capital.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

**2. Operations Support**:

- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation and systems are set up.
- Support employee engagement.
- Manage HR systems and databases to maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
