**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis Reports
- Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
- Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Analyse current business processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Attention to detail with analytical bent of mind
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Competencies and skills**:
Graduate with up to 2-3 years’ experience in MIS Reporting & Analysis
Must Have Skills
Experienced in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical experience required
Strong ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds
Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with PowerBI will be an added advantage
