**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for our graphics and website design services.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing efforts.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' business objectives and pain points to offer tailored design solutions that align with their goals.
- **Proposal Creation**: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining our services, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and marketing collateral to promote our design services across various platforms.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the design or creative industry.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Client-Centric Approach**: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: A creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with design tools and platforms is an asset.
- **Results-Driven**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
