**This position reports to**:
Digital Platform Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement ABB’s cybersecurity strategy aligned with the overall strategy and business needs. Each day, you will manage cybersecurity risks that could affect the ABB brand and customer base for all ABB offerings, in a cost-effective way. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with businesses to protect and grow revenue by effectively addressing customer cybersecurity expectations and actively driving cybersecurity opportunities and demand. The work model for the role is Onsite. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Digital business of ABB. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring that relevant cybersecurity risks are identified, reported, and effectively mitigated. - Overseeing assurance for cybersecurity incident management. - Managing an effective cybersecurity assurance program, including communicating the cybersecurity KPIs to relevant ABB leadership teams. - Identifying and facilitating joint cybersecurity initiatives where collaboration is deemed beneficial, e.g., for the development of internal service offerings and support structure.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- 10+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on security architecture, risk management, and vulnerability management.
- Experience in developing and implementing cyber security strategies, policies, and standards.
- Experience in responding to and recovering from cyber security incidents.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in developing and delivering security awareness and training programs.
- Experience in using vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, security code re-view tools, SIEM tools, and IAM tools.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
