You will be working as a Cyber Security Officer at and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Digital Platform Operations Manager and will be responsible for defining and implementing ABB’s cyber security strategy aligned with ABB’s overall strategy and business needs. Effectively managing cyber security risks that could affect the ABB brand and customer base related to all ABB offerings in a cost-effective way. In collaboration with the business protect revenues by effectively addressing customer cyber security expectations and enabling growth by actively driving cyber security opportunities and demand.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the development and implementation of overall cyber security strategy
- Defining, developing and implementing of cyber security policies, standards, guidelines and instructions to assure alignment with ABB governance framework
- Responsible for relevant cyber security risks are identified, reported and effectively mitigated
- Defining the incident management processes and accountable for raising cyber security issues and informing relevant ABB leadership teams
- Operating an effective cyber security assurance program, reporting cyber security KPI's to relevant ABB leadership teams
- Overseeing assurance for cyber security incident management. Leading the definition, development and implementation of an effective cyber security organization
- Identifying and facilitating joint cyber security initiatives where collaboration is deemed beneficial, e.g. for development of internal service offerings and support structure

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in cyber security with a focus on security architecture, risk management and vulnerability management
- Experience in developing and implementing cyber security strategies, policies and standards
