**Conduct Workshops & Training Sessions**:

- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to deliver engaging, interactive, and informative cyber security workshops.
- Develop and deliver curriculum-focused training material related to cyber security, including concepts like ethical hacking, network security, cyber threats, incident response, cryptography, and more.
- Provide hands-on learning experiences with tools, software, and scenarios to enhance students' understanding of practical cyber security techniques

**Promote NICC Cyber Security Programs**:

- Introduce students to NICC’s Cyber Security training programs and explain the value, certification options, and career benefits.
- Encourage student enrollment in NICC's training programs and ensure high engagement levels with the content.
- Provide information about the structured learning path, certifications, and post-training opportunities available at NICC.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess students’ understanding through practical exercises, quizzes, and assessments to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Offer personalized guidance to students based on their performance, helping them to develop a deeper understanding of cyber security concepts.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the educational institution’s administration and faculty to align the workshops with academic schedules and goals.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on the outcomes of the workshops, including student feedback, enrollment numbers, and areas for improvement.
- Regularly update the curriculum and training material based on the latest industry trends and emerging cyber security threats.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the cyber security field.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to maintain expertise and knowledge in cyber security.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field of cyber security.
- Familiarity with the NICC’s Cyber Security training programs or similar programs is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students with practical demonstrations, exercises, and real-life scenarios.
- Expertise in core cyber security topics (e.g., network security, malware analysis, penetration testing, incident management).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel nationwide to conduct workshops at various educational institutions.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students in the field of cyber security.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
