- In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams and service level target’s role for P&C Insurance Business. Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates. Guiding the talent identification and development process for the team. You will be encouraged to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and know how to seek these using analytics and technology._
- Responsibilities_
- _Experience of working in UW support, policy management, Surplus Lines, submissions, loss runs, and person must have end to end knowledge and experience related to P&C insurance._
- _Understanding of US P&C insurance lifecycle - preplacement, placement and post placement activities_
- _Policy documentation, UW support activities and updating endorsements_
- _Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to balance and mitigate the risks._
- _Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Relevant Years experience in P&C insurance_
- _Experience with Insurance company will be an added advantage._
- _Graduate - B A / B.Sc._

- Preferred qualifications_
- P&C Insurance policy_
- _Ensure all controls are followed, existing exceptions are reviewed, and duplicate policies are reported before processing any transaction._
- _Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis._
- _Ability to key in information (typing speed & accuracy)._
- _Able to communication with internal / external stakeholders on day to day routine activities._
- _Strong SME knowledge of P&C insurance concepts_
- _Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word._
