Premium Accounting Process Trainer Responsibilities Facilitate training sessions to enable knowledge transfer of a new transition Enhance team s knowledge of commercial insurance principles by conducting sessions Perform quality audits and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous performance improvement Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams ensuring seamless updates and timely responses to inquiries from client SMEs Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions processes and knowledge resources Administer monthly process knowledge assessments PKTs and identify training needs TNIs to address skill gaps effectively Ensure adherence to established controls by reviewing exceptions identifying duplicate policies and validating transactions before processing Promote best practices across all business lines and act as the subject matter expert for broking operations processes and procedures Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence by mentoring team members and reinforcing the importance of compliance and quality standards Qualifications B Com BBA MBA -
