**Position overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborations**: Reaching out for multiple universities, colleges & educational institutions for student outreach programs.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest developments in the study abroad sector, including new programs, universities, visa updates, and regulations to offer well-informed guidance.
- **Achieving Sales Goals**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and document all sales activities and student interactions using CRM tools.
- **Exceptional Service**: Provide superior customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and offering continuous support before and after sales.

As the firm is expanding, employees are required to engage themselves in various roles and responsibilities depending on the performance of the individuals and the company.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in sales, with preference for those with a background in education or travel. Experience in overseas education counselling is a plus.
- **Sales Expertise**: Strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales successfully.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- **Organizational Ability**: Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
